Planning around EMH

I started to look at our daily plan today and wanted some input. I think we will stay late for the late hours but not try to get up to do early morning hour. I don't see how we can do both during the summer when the park late hours will be so late. So I thought I would combine the old "use the day after morning hour park" in the am and then hop to the late open park after a rest time in the afternoon. What do you think?

Also has anyone noticed if the order stays the same even when they move the days around. Like does Epcot AM always follow MGM PM? Its probably not that simple!
