Okay, so I need some advice from my families of 5 or less. Any advice is helpful
I am working on a trip of 2+ weeks for next summer (2017) and I just don't know what to do
Budget isn't really a big issue, I know I'm going to hit the wallet hard as it is Disney and prices are going up daily. However I am a weird budget girl who wants to be sure I'm crunching my #s and getting the most value for my family. Not just for the money but time spent and best entertainment as well.
Here are a few key points in planning:
Just throw it out there even if you have just one or two pieces of wisdom.
Thanks!!!

Here are a few key points in planning:
- Family of 5, don't care where we stay but would love AKL - Prices are insane
- Kids 13, 9 and 7
- We love WDW
- Is 14 night stay to long? be honest - am I being stupid about Disney
- How to do it without DDP?? , I always here how free dining isn't free but wow, crunching the #s it saves us a ton
- Used spreadsheet on meals and well, it's more than the dining plan would cost?
- How do other families do it without one?
- June or August for heat or doesn't it matter at that point?
- Nervous about DVC rental and lack of flexibility with dates but this would make AKL doable for us
- Mother who hates heat and crowds, lol
- Family used to fall times, late October or early November with low crowds, waits and less heat
- Would you recommend a holiday time instead of summer?
- We just don't want to take kids out of school anymore
- We do like one TS meal a day and then snacking and maybe one QS meal a day
Just throw it out there even if you have just one or two pieces of wisdom.
Thanks!!!
