Hi everyone Im new here and just generally want some advice...

Im planning a trip for 2 adults and 3 kids (4,6 and 13) to DLP hopefully for 3 nights leaving April 8th

We live in South Wales UK and would preferabley like to take the eurostar.

---- Ok theres the basics out of the way :rotfl:

A few questions -

1 - Where is the best place to book the holiday? I've tried throught the official site but you cant book more than one room.

2 - Is there a way to book more than one room on the official site?

3 - We want to stay in Santa Fe as we wont be taking a car with us, is there any way to get from Davy Crocket Ranch WITHOUT a car?

4 - Has anyone used Expedia/Eurostar to book a holiday? Can you pay a deposit?

Basically we want to book tommorow and any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks alot to everyone who replies :thumbsup2

welcome!!!:cheer2:

I'm not going to be much use here but someone will come along and help you....

About the rooms though online...if you phone them they will be able to give you a price and you only have to pay the deposit (if you decide to book)...if you do it online you have to pay all of it...well thats what I was told maybe its different now.

Right just a thought...I'm sure there is rooms onsite that will take you all..might work out cheaper???? As I said someone will be along soon!

Hello there :goodvibes

Im not alot of good either, but you can always go to first choice as they book via Disney direct and should be able to sort out rooms etc and you can pay a deposit etc...

Or you can phone Disney Direct aswell.

Sorry not much help :) Someone will be along im sure to give you better advice :)

Thanks people,

Its driving me totally insane looking for a good deal!

This is my first time going as the *adult* and its driving me bonkers! haha

Hi there. We booked online with a company called IGLU and they were very reasonable. They were also very helpful with numerous questions and requests we made both online and over the phone. Happy booking whoever you go with:)

Thanks for the advice people

I;ve found a great offer

Flying with EasyJet and Staying at the explorer hotel totaling around 660 pounds for the five of us!

I'll keep you updated and let you know when I book

Hi abe_incredible and welcome to DLP DIS board :wave2:
We are a friendly bunch here so please join in on any other thread or if you have a number of questions then just start a new thread for each :goodvibes

If you have not had a look yet, DLP posting rules are here, DIS posting guidelines can be found here.

If you book on-line you'll have to pay the total holiday price. Whereas if you phone you'll be able to pay the depositand pay the balance later. So I'd suggest phoning.

There are no shuttle buses running to Davy Crockett Ranch, so without a car taxi would be only option. can't help with price of this as we always have the car :)

Just to say Hi and Good Luck booking your trip tomorrow. :)

Are you flying from Bristol ? I love the Eurostar but I hate the drive to Ashford, the drive to Bristol is so much easier, but I'm hoping to get reasonable flights from Cardiff next visit with Flybe.

Yay!

I've booked it! 5 return fights from Bristol with easyjet and 3 nights at the Explorers hotel all for just over 600 pound!

We leave on the 1st of April!

Im soo Excited!

Thats a really good price. Is it just room only at the Explorers ?

Yeah its room only, we are going to buy the park tickets when we get there.

Do you advise this? Or shall I get them in advance? (If so, wheres the best place to get them?)

:)

I always end up booking a package, but I'll bump this back up so that others can advise you, whether to opt for straight forward park tickets, annual passes and whether it's worth buying in advance. :)
