Planning ADR's

I've been reading all the guidelines on when to call and all, but how do you all plan what days you'll do each park/restaurants? I'll be taking advantage of EMH, both morning and evenings, and would like to coordinate so we won't be running all over the World , but it looks like the schedule doesn't come out until 2 months before, and we need to call at 3 months.
Is there anyway to accurately guess, or is it just cross my fingers and hope for the best (and expect to run around a little!)?

You can look at the previous year's hours, I believe www.intercot.com has them listed.

We just figure out our plans for each day and plan accordingly. No restaurant is good enough, IMO, to take hours of our day to travel to and enjoy. We can always find great places to dine according to the plans we have. Traveling all over creation just isn't worth it.

Some places are easy to get to from a couple of parks, like MK resorts (monorail from MK and Epcot) or Boardwalk area (Epcot and MGM). We also usually parkhop, so we can work that into the schedule too.

I think I'll just use it as a general guide along with what the Unofficial Guide says. If it is drastically different when the official is published a month later, I'll change if necessary or just rearrange. I do have Park Hopper, and since I'm only really trying for one character meal (and that'll probably be Chef Mickey's the day we arrive), hopefully it won't be too hard to change PS. I'll see what I can change if necessary, and then shuffle our plans accordingly.
