Hello!

I am planning my second trip to WDW in October. The first one I was proposed to, and we are returning for our Disneymoon. Obviously it is just me and soon to be hubby.

The first time we went we ate at:
California Grill
Brown Derby
T-Rex
Sci-Fi Dine-in (lunch)
Wolfgang Puck
Rose and Crown

Last time we went we had the basic dining plan and where only there 5 days this trip it 7 days and the deluxe dining plan and staying at the Yacht's Club.

Help me plan my ADR's. So, what I guess I am asking for is your elevator pitch of your favorite can't miss restaurants. Help me make my Honeymoon unforgettable!!! (food wise)

Bump. Anyone??

Looking for romantic ideas, or the favorites of the Disers. I want to know which is your can't miss dining places and why.

Please help, Anyone?:worship:

If you are looking for romantic/good places to Dine in the parks I would recommend

Magic Kingdom: Tony's Restaurant (Imagine sharing a plate of spaghetti Lady& The Tramp style!)

Epcot: Coral Reef (if you can get a seat next to the aquarium its a bonus) OR San Angel Inn (I think dining under the Mexican stars next to water makes for a romantic meal)

Animal Kingdom: I am very partial to the Rainforest Cafe and even though it is not really romantic per say I love the atmosphere and all of the animals that come alive while you dine.

Hollywood Studios: Other than the Brown Derby, there is not really a romantic place to dine, however, if you liked the Sci Fi Dinner, you may also enjoy the 50's prime time. Having "Mom" pick at you because you didn't clean your plate is surprisingly more fun than when we were kids!

For your honeymoon I would totally plan for a dinner show. You can either do the Hoop De Doo Musical Revue at the Fort Wilderness Resort or the Spirt of Aloha at the Polynesian. I've seen both and loved them both!

Good luck!

Thanks Red, Great advice. I've never heard of Spirit of Aloha, what is it? Can you tell me more?

Sure thing! It's an all you-can-eat luau where they have hula dances and fire dancers, etc. I copied the menu off of another site:

"Luau feast includes tropical appetizers, lanai-roasted chicken, island pork ribs, south seas fried rice, vegetable medley and Polynesian dessert. Beverage selections include draft beer, red and white wines, tea, coffee, milk, soft drinks and lemonade. Tropical specialty drinks available for purchase separately."

If you are planning on getting the Disney Dining Plan you can use your table service points for dinner shows, but it will use two of your meals instead of one.

If you want a preview of the show try typing it into youtube!

I can't believe I hadn't thought of this before hand, but if you are at Downtown Disney, I HIGHLY recommend Raglan Road. The food is phenomenal and they usually have a band or singer there. Later at night they also have traditional irish dancers that perform. We have gone for late night dessert just to watch!
