Planning a trip Christmas Week - Are we crazy?

My DH really wants to take our DDs to Disney for Christmas. We'd have to travel between Christmas Eve and NY Eve. Are we crazy to even think of going that week? How crowded is it? I know it's more expensive to travel that week which I can plan for but I have no idea what the parks are like during that week. Any info, advice, tips would be appreciated!

It is a mob scene christmas week but have done
it many many times and the crowds wouldn't stop
us! The decos are beautiful and the weather is
not hot so the crowds can be tolerated better.

I am going to move you to the Pre-trip board. Hopefully you will find others over there going at Christmas.

I think the biggest thing you need to do is make sure you get the parks at opening. That is my best advice.
