I'm planning a huge trip for June 2009 for about 26 people. It's not a church, school, or family group, just alot of friends and some family going to Disney together. We've looked at renting 2 houses in Windsor Hills from Florida Sun Vacation Homes. The rates look pretty good for what you get and Windsor Hills has alot to offer. The dates we're looking at going is June 12-20, 2009. Of the 26, we have 8 adult couples so we'd need at least 8 king or queen beds wherever we stay. Anyone got any great recommendations for me?

You will need two 6 bedroom homes. Some of the 6 br are configured with 3 twin bedrooms and 3 adult and some have 2 twin rooms and 4 adult. We stayed in one with the 3 twin rooms so can't really recommend that one.
Make sure that the ones you get are licensed to sleep the number of people you have.
Windsor Hills is very nice and we love it but having been visiting friends who are staying in Formosa Gardens in a 6 bedroom home and it is nicer. But FG doesn't have a community pool. Nice homes also in Emerald Island.
Bellavida is new also and has nice homes but a little further from Disney.
Good luck with where ever you choose. :)

Thanks for the suggestion on FG. I will definitely check out homes in that neighborhood as well. We definitely want to stay away from the 3 twin bedrooms. I've found one house in WH that fits our price and accomodation needs perfectly. Now, I've just gotta' find the second house and I think we're set.
