with 2 of my friends. I'm looking for things to do in the parks that are unusual and fun for a group of middle aged women. So- if you've planned an all girl's trip- what have you done to make it super fun? I've been to WDW many times, by the 2 other girls have only been to DL, so this is a first time WDW trip for them. What are the not to be missed things I should be sure to do at WDW parks? Please help- I really need some advice. Everything is special to me at WDW, so help me be more selective. We will be there in November for 7-10 days. They also want ot see other parts of Florida (NOT ME!!! I would be happy to stay on property the entire time!) so in all reality we will have 4-5 days in the parks/resorts. We'll be staying at BCV's or BWV's (haven't decided which yet). TIA!!!

I am going to DW with my 2 best girlfriends in May. We are going to be there for a long weekend so we are going to do the parks commando style on sat and sun and mainly hit the high spots. Then we are going to relax at the spa at SSR. I thought it would be fun to make a list of rules for all of us. Things like -get your picture taken with at least 3 characters, -skip down Main St., and comment on how hot Steven Tyler is in the pre-show of RNRC. The segway tour might be fun too!! Have a great time!!

My sister and I got lunch reservations for the Castle. We bought princess crowns at a craft store at home and wore them to lunch!

tiggrbaby- That would be sooooo fun!!!!! So, tell me, how did they respond to you at the castle?? Did you wsear them the rest of the day?

terribm- I like your idea about making some rules! that's such a cute idea! What other "rules" have you come up with? Do any of them have to do with eating dessert for breakfast???

My sister and I took a girls only trip right before Christmas this year and we just loved it. I would definitely suggest spa treatments at the GF. We also really wanted to try the afternoon tea there but didn't have a chance - I've heard it's lovely. We also did a lot of shopping. We stood in line to get our pictures made with every character we saw - something my DH would never have the patience to do.

You are going to have a great time! princess:

Don't miss high tea at the GF and just touring around the resorts. We also loved Jellyrolls!

In 69 days me, my mom, my sister and my 7 year old niece are headed to WDW for our "girls only" trip! So far, I have made PS for the new CRT princess lunch and afternoon tea at The Grand Floridian. I'm not sure what other "girly" things we'll do, but I'm sure we'll have lots of fun! Usually my WDW trips are my son and myself or me, my son and my husband so a little less testosterone will be nice! My niece already has her princess dress packed to wear to lunch with the princesses. My son and I just got back last week from a wonderful Easter/Spring Break WDW trip (85º and sunny every day for 10 days ~ HEAVEN!!) and my niece asked me if the princesses were anxious to see her in June. I told her of course they were! This will be her first time flying and she is soooooo excited. I'm the travel agent for the group, so she asked me to get her a window seat so she can watch the clouds. We should arrive at WDW ~ 8 pm and there is EMH at MGM that night. My mom and sister will probably want to hang out at OKW, but my niece and I are ready to hit MGM!! Watch out WDW, here we come!!

The only one who commented was the woman who gave us the clean glasses outside the restaurant! We got the smoothie with the souvenir glass. We were seated right at the window in the center; it was cool to look out over the area. We did wear the crowns the rest of the day, but since we had worn Tigger and Eeyore ears the other days, I would not have noticed any comments!

You girls are getting me all excited for my trip! Tea at GF might also be put on the list of to do's. I've never done a massage...... or pampered myself like that at all.... EVER! Is it weird? Or is it good? I'm pretty modest- not sure if I'd feel at ease with that or not. What do you think?

I always go with a girlfriend for a girls-only trip. I have yet to go to WDW with my husband (maybe one day... )

Definitely a meal at the castle, and tea at the GF. The spa treatments sound great, too. Try it out, especially if you've never done it! Enjoy!
