Hi girls! I just have some questions for anyone who had a DCL wedding...

ok...(first of all, I'm new to this this so I apologize for any annoying/stupid questions...oh, and i tend to write exactly how i speak...sorry...lol)

1. We want to have a disney cruise line wedding...ummmmm, so do I hire a travel agent to take care of the travel itineraries for my 30 guests or do they handle it on their own?

2. About how much was your DCL wedding? (sorry, my mom says this is a tacky question, but i'm just curious)

3. Has anyone used the cosmetologist on the cruise? How was it? Pics?

4. Did anyone stay in the Royal Suites? Was it worth it? or should I just stick to a one bedroom suite?

5. What did you do AFTER your Palo Champagne and Cake Reception

6. What time do you get married?

whew! ok that's all I have for now!!!...THank you soooooo much for any help/suggestions/advise....and YES... I am a budget bride...lol...loves ya :wave2:

we did a DCL VR, but I can answer s few questions

we used SueEllen with DreamsUnlimited( sueellen@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com ) she has been on MANY MANY DCL Cruises (where we met her in 2005) and knows all the ends and outs. She even was a guest at our VR (she is in the group picture below..in the dark green skirt)

I believe a DCL wedding is 2500 for onboard and 3500 for Castaway Cay

At this time, DCL does not have a makeup person..when I was on the ship, they did have someone who did another brides makeup, but the bride had all her own makeup and they did it just because they had someone who could..but this isn't always the case

Both my bridesmaids each had the Royal Suites..they are awesome, but only you can judge if it is worth it..I will tell you, Cat 1's have waiting lists..my friends booked their July 2008 cruise in January 2007
I got ready in the Roy:

I think the time depends on the ceremony..if it is CC, I think it is in the morning..there was a wedding @ 4:30 on our cruise in the lounge and ours was at 5:30 on Deck 7 Aft

Good luck..it is an awesome wedding experience!

You looked soooooo pretty!!! Thank you for your response! I think we want to do a Royal suite so I will definitely make some quick decisions so we can at least book the suite! I can't wait!:hyper:
