In order to provide you with a smooth booking process, the Member Online Booking Tool will be temporarily unavailable to accommodate system updates. View times and dates for this scheduled maintenance:
•Member Online Booking Tool: Unavailable from 2:00 AM Eastern time on March 31, 2014 to 9:00 AM on April 1, 2014

Other online services will be available during this downtime, including online banking, loans and annual dues payments. Thank you for your patience as we update our systems. We look forward to welcoming you "home" again soon.

Hope some functional updates are coming. Might explain some of the availability issues and unplanned site outages this past week. Also, noticed today the email confirmation format changed to include the dates, resort, and points used directly in the email, so this is a good sign that changes are being rolled out. Please let there be browsing/searching availability across resorts, and modifying reservations online

Thanks for the update! The upgraded email is definitely a plus. No more trying to figure which reservation goes with which email
