I understand that with the Magic Your way, you get a $15 voucher for Planet Hollywood? How hard is it to get in? Are the lines long? Do they take ADRs? And how's the food?--Peg

Yes you do get the voucher if they still offer it. I got one in 06 when i went. I agree with mefordis that you should make an ADR because depending on the time of day you go the line might be long, especially since its in a popular area (downtown disney). I made an ADR and got in within a couple minutes. The food is good and there is something for everyone.
We were at WDW the first week of Feb. The wait in the evenings was always 1 hour +. We ended up going for lunch the day we left, there was now wait. We were there about 11:30 am.
The food is bad. We went because we had the $15 dollar coupon but the meal was still a waste of money. I would recommend most counter service resturants in WDW over Planet Hollywood.
We went in Sept 2006 in the early after noon maybe around 4ish and we walked right in. To be honest, food and service really wasn't that great. I think we will be skipping it this time around, $15.00 off or not.
We had lunch there the first week of March as walk ins for lunch. We arrived around 11:15 and I wasn't even sure if they were open. There was no wait at all--we were seated immediately.
At first our server seemed a bit snotty but he loosened up and redeemed himself by the end of the meal. DH had a burger which he loved, I got the pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw which was very tasty (and huge! I ended up only eating about half of it), and dd got the appetizer sampler which was also enormous and very tasty. I tried some of everything she got which may be why I was unable to finish my own meal.
My biggest complaint? That place was FREEZING! Bring a light sweater or jacket no matter what the weather is like outside.
