Planet Hollywood

We have an ADR for Planet Hollywood-haven't seen any reviews about that one. Has anyone eaten there recently? Is it worth going to?

This one is on our, "Never Eat at Again" list. The food wasn't that great and neither was the service.

Our PH experiences (3 visits now I think, in 9 years) have been:

drinks good, food decent enough (one visit it was even great), prices kinda high for what you get, service uneven, and overall restaurant organization a complete disaster.

Now, we'll go at an off hour for drinks, maybe even coffee and dessert, but I don't think we'll be back for a meal, unless we get stuck without an ADR elsewhere at DTD. And even then, it would take a moment to think about it.

NOOOOOOOOOOOO! Run screaming away from this one. Food is just ok, service is bad atmosphere is like a night club/bar not a restaurant. I have enjoyed other Planet Hollywoods very much. But this one is awful.

Planet Hollywood is ok but not something that I "must" do on a WDW trip. The food reminds me of a Chili's or TGI Fridays, the seating is just awful (way too cramped on the floor) and the service has always been a hit or miss (food always seems to be slow through no fault of the wait staff). It is neat to walk around and go through all of the floors looking at the movie stuff, so if you are into that it might be worth the trip.

Thanks so much! I have been convinced to change our ADR-how about Kona Cafe? We haven't been there either. We are staying at the poly, so that might work out better anyway. I've seen good reviews about Kona-am I correct on this?

kona sounds like a better choice to me. planet hollywood is mediocer at best.
