how far in advance can you make ressies for PLanet Holleywood? ANy suggestions on a good TS Dining plan resturant at Downtown Disney?

We just decided to go on a quick 3 days trip at the end of June and when I called Planet Hollywood was booked all the nights we were there except for the 5:30 amd 10:15pm. We took the 10:15. This was at 60 days out.

I booked 3 1/2 months out and got the time we were looking for (well approximately) 5:45 PM.
