Planet Hollywood Menu Limits on DP?

I read on another board that Planet Hollywood limits what you can order on the dining plan. Is this true? I know that there is a surcharge if the entree is over $25 or so but I hadn't heard of any other limits. Has anyone had any limitations at Planet Hollywood? Is the $25 limit on the entree or appetizer, entree and dessert combined?

When I made my ADR for there for Sept 17th the CM told me there was a surcharge for any entree over $25.00. She made a point of saying it was only for an entree over $25.00 and did not include the cost of the appetizer or dessert. She also said she had eaten there alot and the only thing we should have to pay a surcharge on was the Surf and Turf.
