We're not interested in using a TS credit for Planet Hollywood. I'm using them for character meals and dining shows

SO with this magic $15 meal voucher and souvenir - can I walk in there in the afternoon and use it for drinks and deserts? What IS the souvenir?

Yes. The souvenir is usually a small key chain.
