Planet Hollywood-food good or bad?

I was wondering if food at Planet Hollywood is good or bad? Thanks.

JMO but we did not enjoy it when we ate there a few years ago. We have not been back since & probably never will. I thought the food was very overpriced & not that good. My kids hated the chicken fingers (Cap'n Crunch coating).

I guess you pay a lot for the atmosphere.

We have not been but my friend went with her family and was floored when the check came. She said the food was only mediocre - but the drinks she and her husband had were extremely expensive.

We just ate there 5-1 and the food was Ok but very pricy kids meal 7.95 fajitas 17.95 but it was extremely loud- so much so the talbe next to us had napkins in their ears- we asked to move and the waiter was rude but moved us we were under the speakers on the second floor against the far left wall but even after they moved us clear across the place we could not talk or hear ourselves we ate quickly and left. We only went there because we had a 50.00 certificate from checking in. Not worth it! For 6 of us the bill was over 100. and that was with 3 kids meals.

we have lunch there every year and like it. its funny reading that people dont like the noise and crowd and such, what do they expect from a theme property. just get burgers (huge) and fries and the like and soak up the atmosphere and take the place for what it is and you will be ok

DH & I go almost every year and love it..... however... we stick to the burgers.

We have always loved the food at Planet Hollywood in DTD. It has always been great for us.

We especially love the new menu.

Our favorites are the Cobb Salad and the LA Lasagna. Menu has a wide variety of offerings and is moderately priced.

We ate there last year & I swear to God I got food poisoning. I was sooooo sick the next day (less than 12 hrs. afterwards). Won't be going back to that place.

The food is ok, however, I only visit when there is not a line - and there is almost always a line. We waited in the line once for over an hour. The food is not worth waiting that long, but if there is not a long wait, go ahead and try it! You may like it!

We have always had very good food and service at Planet Hollywood. If I had any complaints at all, it would be about the volume of the music videos... but that is pretty minor.

The Fajitas were WONDERFUL!!!

The food there is fine, it's the service you have to watch out for. If you go there, go at lunch, and for an early or late lunch. If it gets crowded, i.e. dinner, the service is HORRIBLE! That place goes to its knees when it gets crowded. For some reason, they just have no ability to control the situation when it's crowded.

The food is ok - but very pricey. There are definetely better places to eat. We had a table on the second level and it was so HOT we could barely enjoy the meal anyway!

My family and I went a few years back and everything we had was horrible. The wait was tremendous...the only good thing I could say about it was the drinks were pretty good (yet pricey). We won't go there again to eat. Personally, I like Hard Rock - it's loud and fun and the food is pretty decent.
