Planes, trains and Automobiles

So no trains for the trip but planes and automobiles.

So I am planning a trip for my husbands family who has never been to Disney World. We will be the sole person on the reservation of the rooms.

My husband and kids will be driving since we will be living in FL by the time we go. But his family most will be coming from Oregon. Now depending on each person and what time they fly they all might not come in at the same time.

Is that going to be an issue when it comes to ME at the airport? And since I am the head of the reservation how will they get on to the bus....if i remember correctly we had to show documents of our reservation when we took ME back in Dec. (we fly since we were coming from maryland)

No issue, as long as their name is on the reservation (it will have to be to get their fps and magicbands) they will be able to ride the bus. My DBF and I normally take different flights and I just call ME and give them both flight times. We've both been able to use our Magicbands to scan in and ride the bus.

As long as each person is listed on a WDW resort reservation, and has made a reservation to ride the DME bus, they will just have their MB scanned.
But, you do have to make reservations for the bus, for everyone wanting a ride.
