Normally my husband and I stay at Disney World b4 a cruise but this time, we have to fly in the day of.

What is the best arrival time for my plane?
I want to get on the ship and eat at the buffet b4 it closes.

What is the earliness we can get on the ship and what is the latest?

I've flown in the day of the cruise both times we sailed w/ Disney. Both times it worked out fine, but I'm always a little nervous about the plane being late. My advice is to fly out the first flight of the day to Orlando (whatever time it is). This makes it least likely that your plane will be delayed and even if it is, there should still be 1-2 later flights that could get you there on time incase of an emergency. We left NJ around 7AM and were in the port by 11:00-11:30 AM. I can't remember the exact time they let you on the ship. I think it varies but is usually around 12:30-1:00PM. I'm not sure when you HAVE to be on the ship (maybe 4PM)?? Can't remember exactly...

The buffet closes before the do the emergency fire drill. So my advice is still to take the earliest flight out and try to be on the ship by 2PM if you wanna be guaranteed something to eat.

The earliest you can check in at the port is 10:30, the earliest you can get on the ship is 11:45 ish......the latest you can get on the ship is 3 pm. (That's in writing, but reality is that if you get there before 4, they'll let you on.)
