Plan of "Attack"

I need some suggestions on what to do. We will be arriving in Orlando a few days before we check in to our WDW resort and staying in Cocoa Beach. We will go to the Space Center, the beach and the day we check in we will actually be spending at Legoland and we have 8pm reservations at Chef Mickey's. What is the best "plan of attack" for getting checked into the resort and returning our rental car on property and getting to Chef Mickey's?

Sorry, I don't know where the Alamo/National Car Care Center is located. I do know that Alamo and National have desks at the Swan/Dolphin. If that is where you will be dropping off your car, here is a suggestion. Check in at All Star Movies. Return car at Swan/Dolphin. Take bus from Swan/Dolphin to Magic Kingdom. Then walk or monorail to the Contemporary.

Alamo/National are onsite at the Dolphin, at the Car Care Center near the MK parking lot and Shades of Green.

The Car Care Center has an Alamo/National shuttle during their operating hours. You'll need to make advance arrangements for the shuttle to take you to the CR after dropping off the car, but I think you'll need to call a cab if you drop the car off after close.

At the Dolphin the counter hours are short, but you can drop the car off with valet services all night. They will give you a receipt. This is what we always do. From there you can take a bus to the MK and walk over to the CR for dinner.

I'm not familiar with the policies at SOG.

Alternatively, you could check in, drive to CR for dinner, drive your family back to ASMo, then return the car to the Dolphin. You can get a cab at the BW back to your resort. Or take the bus to a park if one is still open and get a bus to your resort from there.
