Plan for days help

We are going in a Halloween. Too late for the parks. I will hope Disney Spring has something fun at night. Does anyone know?

So I will be doing parks Sun- Thur. Which park should I hit on Sunday??

Also, if you can pick a park to do twice which would it be?? We are two adults.

Do you plan on doing all of the parks? I would probably do Epcot twice with two adults as there is food and wine going on and it's nice to stroll around. If I had kids with me, I would say do MK twice. It depends on what you prefer.

I would probably not do MK on the weekend just because it tends to be the most popular park and the weekend is the most popular time to go. Not sure how the limited capacity affects weekend.
