Plain ol' colored MB shipping?

I tried for about six weeks straight to get an upgraded MB order to go through to no avail. When I finally gave up, I switched us all to just plain colored ones. So my question is, when do they ship? It still says I can update the order up until August 19th for pick up at the front desk (we arrive August 25th). I have tried to just process the MB order with the colored bands but I get the same dismiss/retry message with those as I did with upgraded ones. Will we get them before we leave? I'd like to give them to the kids when we surprise them that we are going, but at this point, I don't have much confidence that we will get them at all.

It sounds like the order has not gone through. If you can't get it to process, try a different browser or an incognito window. If that doesn't work, call.

I called in, after trying Safari, Chrome, and an incognito window. She deleted all the bands out of my order and had me re-enter them. Finally went through!

I arrive on September 2, and my plain colored magic bands shipped on August 6 and arrived on August 8.
