Places you'd like to visit...

...For odd reasons?

Normally with these sort of threads, people will have reasons such as the culture, then buildings, the people, etc. Do you have any places you want to visit for not so common reasons? It doesn't have to be the only reason you want to visit there, but one of the main reasons.

One reason I want to visit Australia is because they have kangaroos on the golf courses! Sure Florida has alligators, but kangaroos are so much better.

Barcelona in Spain I sorta already visited it but not for long I want to go there because of the architecture by gaudi I love his work enough to set my art coursework around the architecture

Also new zeland for the landscape andmainly to see plenty of sheep

i have never seen a kangaroo on a golf course. sorry to burst your bubble. but i have seen kangaroos in my nan's front yard. it was so cool

i want to go to texas, because it sounds cool. venice because i want to ride in a gondola with some italian guy rowing and singing. new zealand because its practically an australian state and because of all the sheep. and to make everyone say "fish and chips"

It was on a documentary about kangaroos becoming a pest in urban areas. I also saw one in the background of a golf course in some episode of H20 I watched with my sister. It was the best part of the episode

I went to Forks this summer actually. My grandmother and cousins live in Port Angeles. It's a pretty cool place. (I even got to eat at Bella Italia). I can see why she picked it for the setting of Twilight.


For me it would have to be England. I would absolutley love to go there. It sounds so neat.
