Places to find Santa at Disney

Epcot's full of them during the Xmas season, regionalized one for each country (personally like the flannel shirt on Canada's version).

If your kids want to talk to Santa and tell him their Christmas list, go to Downtown Disney. We went 2 years ago and there was NO line at all. They take pictures if you want to buy one or just take one with your own camera. There is also Santa in the US Pavilion in Epcot, but the line there is usually really long. Your best bet is Downtown Disney. If you just want to see him and not talk to him, definitely go to US in Epcot. He's there with Mrs. Claus and their costumes are gorgeous.

I Prefer The Dolphin....santa Is There On Certain Days/times...and He Has A Wonderful Chair And Setting...while The Dtd Santa Is Great, The Lines Can Be Very Long And Hectic, And The Santas From The World Showcase Are Great To See But Not Really The One On One Experience. Just Contact The Dolphin ( No, You Do Not Need To Be Staying There To See Santa, Even Tho We Were At The Time) Or Look Up Online Closer To The Holidays What Their Seasonal Schedule Is. They Have Various Activities.

We found him in Downtown Disney. The area where he sits is decorated beautifully. I was equally impressed that they allowed me to take pictures with my own camera and you are not obligated to buy the pics that they take. Of course, I bought the "professional" pictures, too. The prices are not bad at all either compared to how much our mall charges for Santa Claus pics.

There is one in Downtown Disney after T'giving. I would much rather wait 5 min tops to see him there than to wait for an hour or more at the mall back home.

He'll be at the Magic Kingdom too. Last year he was next to City Hall, I think. But I'm sure someone else can confirm.

In Epcot, our traditional Santa is next to the American Adventure.
