Places to eat outside of MK

We are hitting MK next Thursday and they close at 7pm. We've never been before, so I'm wondering of there is any food available for purchase outside od the park after we exit? We don't want to spend our short time there eating. Thanks!

You can catch the monorail to any of the MK resorts & grab a meal - table service or counter service.

Contempo Cafe (counter) , Chef Mickey (buffet), The Wave, California Grill (table) at the Contemporary..

Captain Cook's (counter), 'Ohana or Kona Cafe (table) at the Poly..

Gasparilla Grill (counter) , Grand Floridian Cafe, 1900 Park Faire (buffet) Citricos, Victoria & Albert (all table) at the Grand Floridian..

A short water taxi/ferry ride from MK docks to Roaring Forks (counter) , Whispering Canyon Cafe or Artists Point (table) at Wilderness Lodge..

There's the restaurants in the hotels, Contemporary, Poly and Grand Floridian. If you fancy a sit down meal, not sure what availability might be like at this stage though. You'd be unlike to get O'Hanas or Chef Mickeys I'd think.

Capt.Cooks in the Poly is nice for a QS, not sure if it's open or not though with the construction going on. Can't remember the QS in the Contemporary or Grand Floridian, but a quick google should get them for you.

They're all on the monorail so easy to get to, Contemporary is even a short stroll.

Definitely better to have a reservation. The Wave or the Grand Floridian Cafe will likely have tables available and I really like the GFC.

Yes for table service meals for sure. But if you are using the My Disney Experience app on your smartphone - check the morning before you want the reservation for, even the hardest to get reservations have limited reservations available then. I've been trying for 'Ohana for Dec without luck - but playing with the app I have pulled up next day reservation times every day this week..
