I believe that is what it is called...I paid a deposit for a future Disney cruise while on our last cruise.

Did I have to actually make reservations for the second cruise while on the last one?

thank you!

Not if you booked a placeholder. YOu just must assign the placeholder to an actual cruise within 2 years of the original placeholder reservation date. That is a cruise that begins within 2 years.

Would I need to call Disney Cruise to book the next cruise, or would it be indicated under my logon?
I believe to apply a placeholder you have to call to make the reservation, but I may be wrong about that. Hopefully, someone who's done it other than calling (if it's possible) will chime in.

You still have to call for a placeholder. Hopefully, that will change in the future. After all, they are able to manage booking dates by CC status and they also added FFC funds to people's accounts that could be applied without calling.

Maybe that is part of what they're doing with the time the reservations system is off-line? Especially since they're requiring people to do the stupid certificate rather than actual dates with onboard bookings.
