I was thinking about booking the F! dessert seating, are you able to watch the fireworks from the same place? Also would F! be a little to extreme for my 5 year old DD, I'm worried that sitting so close might be a bit much for her:eek: .

Thanks,
Ann

Yup, you stay right in your seats after Fantasmic, and the fireworks begin about 5 minutes later. You can't see ALL the low stuff, or the projections on the castle and Matterhorn, but you certainly see most of it. Plus they pipe in the narration and music to the Fantasmic area so you are hearing the same thing. Also, the CMs who brought us our drinks for Fantasmic offered us another round before the fireworks started. Fresh hot chocolate, yum!

We were there with my 5 y.o. DD last week and while I thought parts of it were a bit intense, it didn't faze her at all. She really enjoyed it.

We've booked this for our upcoming trip and I think I'm really glad. Never seen either Fantasmic or the fireworks, so this works out great! I would never have known either if I didn't see it posted here on the DIS - can't find it on the Disneyland site!!

My 4 yr old watched it and loved it! It didn't scare him at all! But then again he doesn't scare easy he went on all the big rides when we were there! He is just hopping he will be big enough for screaming next time were back!!! I have a little dare devil on my hands!

We've done this and loved it. It was worth the money just for a chair!
Be advised that it sells out quickly and to call exactly 1 month from the day you want to see it. Also, arrive early for check in..they assign seating by check in time, not when you buy the ticket.

What is Fantasmic dessert seating? How much is it? and do you think I could have a stroller there? (I know 18 month old would be sleeping by then) He slept through Hollywood Studios' Fantasmic.

When we went in 06 it was $59.00 per person, $10.00 less for kids, but not sure what they call a 'kid'. I was going to try it for this trip, but it's 6 adults and 5 kids (7,5,3,2 &1) but I couldn't justify this big of a splurge.
You might call Disney Dining to get current rates.

I want to do this to!!!
So only 1 month ahead of time to reserve? and do you still get the treats? can you have as many treats as you want or only a few snacks? and where does one go for this seating ( where do we sit) this sounds so fun!

does anyone have pics of the fantasmic erea and goodies? is it up pretty close to the show?
and who do we call for reservations??

You get a box of goodies and they serve you drinks - coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. You can call Disney Premium Viewing at 714-781-4400, but keep in mind they will not book this if it is more than 30 days until you are planning to go (I just booked for May 2 on April 2 - tried on April 1 but no go). It's $59/person. If you book the first Fantasmic seating, you get to stay for the fireworks as well......
