Can someone give me some advice on places to stay that will have 2 bedrooms or atleast sleep 4 ...inexpensive ( Bonnet Creek ) was to high for me, Im paying for the whole trip and have approx 2500 for tickets for Disney and the rest for a place to stay ..I would like to be close to Disney and hopefully find a nice place that is not a 2 or 1 star place. Thank you in advance!

It would help if you gave us an approximate per night budget. There are ways to stay at WBC inexpensively and there are other good condos or hotels out there that might work out.

It's hard to give you recommendations without telling us what your total lodging budget is and how many nights you are staying.

Will you have a car? or are you relying on shuttles?

Also your dates don't match with 6 nights...

We will have a car and sorry I meant to put September 13-19 not the 16th my bad. I am trying to book something that stays below 100. I know free dining is usually offered in the parks at that time but its just to expensive to stay on property unless we do a value resort. Which I have no problem with but such close quarters for 5 days with my parents who are in up there in years is not an option. They like their privacy and I completely understand that. I wish I could convince them this was the better option because we wouldnt have the cost of food but they arent budging. So I dont mind staying off property,, we really dont eat alot when we are there anyways. So yes we will have a rental car, we need it for 6 nights and I want to stay below 100 a night , would really like to be as close to the parks as possible so we dont have a long drive at night.
Thank you to all who have posted back so quickly!

Mousesavers is a good resource. Sign up for their newsletters and you will also get additional offers that won’t show up on their website, some of them very good! One of their preferred hotels is Buena Vista Suites, while it’s only one bedroom, there are two queen beds and a sofabed. Breakfast is included and there is a kitchenette. They often run special deals, like now where every second night is discounted. Even with extra adult fees if they have them this could keep you in budget. Good location. We stay here sometimes. http://www.mousesavers.com/buena-vista-suites/

Depending on your comfort level you can look at SkyAuction. Even if you booked a week, you don’t have to use it for the week. We stayed in Dec in a 2 bedroom at Bonnet Creek for total of $620 with all taxes for 7 nights ($88) but divided by 6 nights $103. Here is the same offer now http://www.skyauction.com/anyoffer/141897?adref=EM013115VB. I once got a 1 bedroom for total of $320 for a week ($45 a night). But with a full kitchen you can save plenty of eats by using it. No extra adult charges. There are lots of condos with 2+ bedrooms on this site for great values! BE AWARE there is no refunds, there is a Buy It Now or Auction process. Always scroll down and read fine print for Upcharges for certain dates or size condos, Taxes & Fees often $249-299 over the amount bought/won but this is sometimes included in some special deals. Sheraton Vistana Resorts are often on here and many really like them with the one being right outside Downtown Disney. Here is a sample of one http://www.skyauction.com/action/offer/2500824. There are at least a dozen or so that are on here but I always suggest to explore them for reviews and location beforehand. Sample page for a generic offer but all these resorts have direct offers as well. http://www.skyauction.com/action/offer/2501742. Like I say they offer good deals and are reputable but read all the print.

Here are two hotels that are nicely done, clean, good location and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in. Their rates are low enough you could maybe swing two rooms. Baymont includes breakfast so that may help. Add in AAA or book via Orbitz with one of their discounts could be great option.

Go on to Orbitz. Currently at 15% discount (TRAVELHAPPY) and input that with non-peak date (it isn’t good past end of June at moment) to give you some ideas what might pop up. It has hotels, condos and homes on there. Good resource and possible booking agent when codes released for your time. Of course you can pop in your dates, just can't use the discount code.

You are a good source of information and I am going to check all of this information out! I cant thank you enough.
I have one more question. I was looking at the Bonnet Creek and they have a price of 91.00 a night which is doable but then I read this on the bottom of the page and am not sure what it means.

A $99 guest registration fee applies, for every 7 days. Guest registration fee is per unit, not per person. (Example - your vacation is an 8 day vacation you will be charged two $99 fees per Wyndham).

Why do they charge 99.00 for guest registration and why do they charge it twice? And what is this for , is it a normal thing?
Thank you again!

YOu might be happier renting a home. Try VRBO(dot) com they have some places for your travel dates that are $89 a night and offer 2 bedrooms very close to WDW

I've never booked direct from them but I will assume it's just their way to recoup some of the cost of the discounted room. Like on SkyAuction when hotels list they always add per night fees/taxes which basically pushes the room back closer to price they want to collect. As far as twice, most rentals are weekly there so my guess is they want to make sure if you are booking into a second week they collect that week as well.

I would also read through and make sure you are not obligated to a timeshare presentation. Most who talk about them say they are some of the worse and are pretty intent on not letting you leave at the end.

I would suggest checking out Hotwire Secret Hot Deals to see if there are any 2 bedrooms listed. I was able to get Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa for about $85/night for 4 adults this past December. I used betterbidding to figure out which resort it was. When trying to find which are 2 bedrooms, or 3 bedrooms, make sure to pick that option from the Amenities.

I don't see that option for amenities on better bidding. Where? do you mean condo option? That's not really ever a one bedroom, albeit 2 or 3. ?

When I say to pick the 2 bedroom option, I mean on Hotwire where it lets you narrow down the options to what you might want. On betterbidding, if there are multiple bedrooms it is listed as BR1 or BR2 or BR3.

In the link below, if you click on Orlando, then Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney, and scroll down, you will see that Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa has a BR2 listing and Sheraton Vistana Resort has a BR1.

So far, I have only be wrong once when I chose my Hotwire Secret Deal and it was only because it was a listing that betterbidding did not show. It still worked out well as a resort I was happy with.

+1 for this. We stayed at Lake Buena Vista Resort (or something like that) and got a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a full kitchen. It was amazing. Probably 1000 square feet and I think we paid around $90 per night. This is a list of Orlando hotels on Hotwire so you can help reveal your hotel.

One word of caution. I would avoid Priceline. When you book a PL room, there's no guarantee it will accommodate more than 2 guests. I learned the hard way.

I'm staying at Wyndham Bonnet Creek in May for a full week for 600. For 2 couples, I would only consider two bedroom/two bathroom units.

We've booked twice using eBay and paid $450 and $650 for a week (7 days) for 2br/2ba. Prices often go down as the dates approach because they need to unload the week. Find a reputable seller with 100% feedback and lots of feedback and you'll be fine. Check the fine print to make sure they don't require a timeshare presentation, but most of them I've found do not. We stayed at Bonnet Creek and at Sheraton Vistana Resort - both of which are phenomenal places to stay.

Have you looked at Bahamas Bay on book-it? They usually have a special going on.

I would recommend Windsor Hills - and utilizing Vacation Central Florida. The week you want to go is only $299. We stayed there and had absolutely no issues, and it was an easy drive to the parks. Not far at all.
