My wife will be 3 months pregnant when we go to DLR. She doesn't want to over exert herself so I was wondering if there's any cool (A/C) seating areas she could use to rest & relax.

The Animation building in DCA is a great spot. For DL the Tiki Room or Golden Horseshoe are my "go to" places, or even the Main Street Cinema or Innoventions.

The animation building is a great place to cool off. My son has napped on my lap there before. I will find a place out of the way and sit and watch the videos and people watch too. It's really relaxing.

Innoventions in Tomorrowland

The Hungry Bear Restaurant.

Here’s a list of a couple "cool "of places... :cool1:

Tomorrowland - Innoventions and Red Rockets Pizza Port.
New Orleans Square- Royal Street Veranda restaurant
Frontierland - The Golden Horseshoe (this one seems to be a bit warmer, but at least it’s inside and out of the sun).
Main Street- Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln

In DCA the Animation Studio (Love this place!!)
BlueSky Cellar
Grand Californian Hotel lobby (if you are in DCA, this is not too far of a walk)

Hope this helps, good luck and congrats Dexican!

DISNEYLAND
Mr Lincoln
Rancho Del Zocalo
Lots of cool places to sit over near Critter County
Pizza Port in Tomorrowland

CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE
Muppets Movie,
Tough to Be a Bug
Wine County Tratoria
Award Wieners in Hollywood backlot

Of course the picknic area outside the main entrance to Disneyland is aways very quiet, shady and cool.

The GCH lobby is my "go to" place. Plush chairs & less than 2 minutes from Griz Rapids & 4 minutes from Soarin' (in DCA). :thumbsup2

:)

In addition to all of these, the baby center and first aid are available for sitting if it's ever more serious and she needs a little less noise and crowds too.

Small World is a 15 minute ride indoors. If you're in that area and the line is short, that's a good way to go. I haven't timed Pirates, but it's another long, not too rough, indoor ride.

Another vote for the Main Street Cinema. It's DH's go to break spot. Dark and cool (read freezing if you're like me). He loves it. Me, I like to pull up a shady bench with ice cream if it's hot and cocoa if its cold and people watch. Great way to unwind for me. You will find that there are benches everywhere.

Another vote for the Golden Horseshoe.

I like to get there about 25 minutes before show time. The air conditioning is very good, and it's a nice place to
sit down, have a cold drink, maybe have some ice cream. I don't think they have any pickles. :goodvibes

The Billy Hill & the Hillbillies show is fun, too. It makes for a nice break. :thumbsup2
