Place to check for characters?

I thought I read somewhere you can use the universal app to see character schedules, but I can't find where. Does anyone know if it is on there or where else I can find the info?

start at the last page and work backwards

I knew I had been missing it somewhere. I'm finding the app a little hard to get used to.
