Hey Girls I need some help this is kind of a combo post.

I need a good place for my bridesmaids, both moms and a few others to go for a nice girly lunch any suggestions?

And because we are going to be in Disney for the 4th next year there will be about 12-15 of us going out for dinner on the 4th any suggestions other than Ohana because my rehersal dinner will be there the next night. We went to be watching the fireworks at either MK or Epcot.

I didnt get much help on the food boards but I am hoping you guys can help.

I wanted to do tea at the Grand Floridian with my two bridesmaids but I was told they couldn't make a reservation for 3 people. I am not sure why, but I didn't bother argueing it. I think we'll still try and see if we can walk in and go to tea after we get our manicures/pedicures at the Spa.

I don't think it can get much more girly then tea and finger sandwiches.

I know you said you wanted to be in the parks for fireworks, but have you thought about California Grill ontop of the Contemp. for dinner and fireworks?

Chantelle, that's weird that they wouldn't take reservations because when I was there on Sunday, there were several tables of two or three ladies. Maybe they just showed up? That seems like sort of a gamble, doesn't it?? I know they definitely take reservations for parties as little as 7, because that's how many of us were there.

OP, sorry I can't help you with any ideas for the fourth (I'll put my thinking hat on!), but I agree with Chantelle; the tea at the Grand Floridian (or even just the Cafe there) would be a fabulous place for a ladies' get-together.

Yeah I don't know if they prefer even numbers or what. I should call and try to reserve for 4 people.
This was during the same call I made to try and change my O'Hana's reservation from 18 people down to 13. I was told they couldn't accomodate 13 people during the time I had (9:05) because it didn't work out for the number of tables. She then proceeded to tell me they could fit us in at the 9:10 slot. It made no sense to me that they couln't accomodate a smaller group when I already had it reserved for more, but it all worked out in the end so I didn't really care.

Thanks girls! I know its far away but I have major wedding OCD lol. I only have to wait 4 more days until my date (July 6th) is confirmed I am going crazy until then! But you guys all came up with some great ideas I will be sure to make notes of all of the places you guys suggested!

Anyone been to Tepanyaki at Japan in Epcot? It looks like a lot of fun and I kind of wanted to check it out. Is it any good?

Not yet, I have ADRs for Jan. If you want to eat there, just remember they are changing the name, but it should be similar to the resturant it is now.
