PJ in Signature

How do I link my PJ in my signature? I have tried but I get the whole "http://...." and I don't want the whole address there takes too much room and looks bad. I have seen other peoples signatures where you can just click on the words like "wedding PJ" how do I do this?

Type the words that you want it to say, then highlight it and click on the "Insert Link" button (globe with a chain) and paste the link to your page there and click Ok.

I could not figure it out either so I highlighted the whole web address and pasted it into my signature and next to it wrote Lisa and Rob's planning journal! lol

Just copy up top, your hyperlink, paste in your signature, write next to it that it is your planning journal and you are good to go!
