PizzeRizzo - not on dining plan at all?

I'm trying to figure out lunch plans for our Hollywood Studios day. We have the DDP and need to spend some counter service credits at this meal. The PizzeRizzo page on the Disney website says it does not take any dining plan at all - true? Where would you spend CS credits at lunch in HS?

You can use QS credits there. I don't know why the website says that. How strange!
