We went last week. It was a good experience and for Disney was a decent value. It was nice knowing that on a very hot afternoon that there was a clean table in air conditioning waiting for you! And when we came out after dinner it had cooled off a bit and we were recharged to enjoy the rest of the evening. Ps, we did the safari right after dinner (walk on) at around 7:15 Pm and have never seen so many animals, many very close! I think we hit it at feeding time!
You checked in at a stand and were given a table number which was set up for your party size. The two smaller family style dining rooms are separate from the large room where people ordering from the regular menu sat. Then you went to the counter, paid and were given your salad and beverages on a tray to take to your table.
The rest of the food was then brought to you by a server. There were two of us and we received a nice sized portion of the two pastas, a four cut 12” pizza and six mini cannoli. We really liked the Caesar salad and tomatoes and mozzarella. Our favorite of the entrees was the baked ziti, then the pepperoni pizza. The pasta with Alfredo and chicken was ok, we didn’t eat as much of that, however the dinner is a lot of food so doubtful many could finish it all! I saw people leaving with leftover bags. Cannolis were good too! Beverages were a fountain soda or bottle of water.
