Hi! If the 4 (2A, 2C) of us go to Pizza Planet in MGM, we won't need to order 4 of the 'meal deals'. If we only ordered 2 (or maybe max 3), how would those credits be taken out of our 'account'? Since there is no kids menu and the meals are all the same, would they automatically take 2 A credits first, or would you ask to use 2 C credits, or what? Thanks!

As I understand it, at this time CS meal credits are not divided into A and C--they're all just CS. So don't worry about whether they're using A or C credits at a place like Pizza Planet, because there's no difference.

Of course, the official rules are that you are not supposed to use child credits to purchase adult meals, and the way they "police" that is by not allowing you to purchase more than the stated number of meals on your card at any one time, A or C. So for your party of 2A/2C, you can only get a maximum of 2 A meals and 2 C meals at any one time. Again, it doesn't make any difference at Pizza Planet, since all the meals are the same, but it will come up at other CS restaurants.

And there's always a chance that they'll separate the CS credits into A and C before your trip, in which case you probably would need to specify whether you're buying A or C meals at a place like Pizza Planet. Good luck!

thanks, thunderbird1! I believe that the credits are separated into A/C now. Maybe the best thing for me to do would be to order 1A and 1C, so technically, the adults can share one and the kids can share one.

As of earlier this month, the Counter Service credits are still lumped together. We ate at Pizza Planet twice and got 3 meal deals for the 4 of us, which was plenty of food and drinks. It didn't matter - the receipt just listed the total number of CS remaining.

If that changes in the future, then it is up to you how to split the CS credits.

okay....so if you are a party with 4 adults and 2 kids but only want to share 3 cs meals now and three later in the day they would let you have adult meals for all since you did not exceed 4 adults at any one meal? :confused3

But, the official rules state that child credits are not to be used to purchase adult meals. For CS meals, it's up to you to track your usage so as not to end up with more adult meals than you are entitled to. What some will do is count credits used at places without a children's menu towards their child credit pool, and/or use their child credits to purchase children's breakfasts to share, since some of the children's breakfasts are practically identical to the adult menu.

Where it will get complicated is if you have some extra child credits that you'd like to use up, because you won't be able to use more than 2 child credits at any one time, even if you know you've already used up all your adult credits. Good luck!
