Pizza Planet for kids on DDP?

I don't see a kids' menu listed. Do they get a personal pizza here, too?

Yes. In places without a kids' menu, the kids can order an adult meal. We've done that at Pizza Planet (2 meals for the 4 of us is plenty!) and at Refreshment Port in Epcot (McD's chicken nuggets - ick, but it makes the kids happy while we hit the F&W booths or get counter service in Mexico).
