Pizza Planet Address???

We just returned from a truly wonderful trip to WDW! The only down side was that my dad got sick after eating at Toy Story Pizza Planet. He developed symptoms that could have been a stomach bug or food poisoning. He went to a clinic in Orlando and the physician there diagnosed him with food poisoning. We all ate at Pizza Planet and the rest of us were fine. Dad had the veggie pizza and we had plain or pepperoni. The physician said that maybe the veggies hadn't been washed thoroughly or that the pizza itself may have been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. I had to wait at the counter for our order for about 10 minutes b/c they made a special pizza without cheese for my DH. I noticed that all the orders going out in that 10 minute time frame were plain or pepperoni pizzas - no veggies. So it IS possible that the veggie pizza isn't ordered as often as the others and it WAS indeed sitting under the heat lamp for a long time.

I would just like to notify the manager of Pizza Planet about this incident. I am in no way looking for anything from Disney. I just want to let them know what happened. Does anyone have an address for this restaurant or a general address for WDW comments?
