Pizza Pizza

I have been to Disney many times, and have not found a Good Pizza. Is it possible to find a Good Pizza in any of the parks. If not in the parks, how about delivery service from an outside pizza shop delivery to your Resort room? Anyone know of a good pizza or delivery service?

I thought the pizza at Port Orleans that can be delivered to your room was alright. I'm from New York so I guess I'm supposed to be a bit snobby about pizza, but I'll eat just about any pizza. The pizza they deliver is more New York style than the personals you can buy at the parks.

I'm not sure of any outside pizza places besides Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and Pizzeria Uno. I know, those aren't "real" pizza. A local should come along shortly and point you in the direction of a good local pizzeria.

thanks for your reply, I'm from south jersey by Atlantic City, and we are use to the shore pizze boardwalk style., we do have one shop in our home town that advertises NY style pizza, but I can not find anything at the parks. thanks again.

Mama melrose is a good place for pizza, It's thin, and cooked in a wood fire stove. I'm not picky about my pizza either, and I agree POR has a good pizza, one of my favorites is Mara's at AKL, If you order the tandori chicken it's good, the other pizzas aren't as good.

Spoodles on the boardwalk is about the only place we can find a decent pizza in Disney.

We've never tried delivery to our resort -- good idea, I'll check that link out.

We found the cheese pizza on the new menu at Pinocchio's Village Haus in the MK to be surprisingly good. The small "Italian" salad that came with it was good, too. I ordered the combo, plus an additional salad, and it was a perfect sized meal for us.

i liked the pizza at wolfgang puck express it was very tasty
pizza planet at mgm was a lil below par for me last time, i believe it is a lil bit more kid oriented though.

Thanks everyone for your input, I'll be trying the delivery servise as also, I enjoy getting back to the room in the evening after the parks close, sitting back with a drink and good pizza on the balcony .

I'm from your corner of the world ...... NY..... and I can tell you we will never find pizza like home! I always avoid those places that are called "new york pizza." I usally find other things to eat and avoid the mircowave elios pizza they serve. Sometimes those chain pizza places are pretty good because its not "new york sytle."

I know what you mean, and its really difficult when you are use to a certain style pizza. I will take the link that iluvflorida8 posted and try the Papa John's. I have had pizza from there in Maryland, it wasn't bad.

I ordered the supreme pizza from room service while staying at the Boardwalk (and I am assuming it came from Spoodles pizza window) and it was very good.
