Pizza Delivery

I just have a question out of curiosity..

I just came back from a WDW trip and was reading a flyer in our room re: pizza delivery. I knew it was 2 TS credits on the dining plan, but what got me was that it was 2 credits per person in your party. Obviously, they knew there were 3 of us on the card, so would it really be 6 credits for a pizza? I didnt get it, but just curious for the future!

How that works is this.

It is 2 TS credits for 1 large pizza, 2 drinks and 2 desserts. That is if you have it delievered to your room.

If you order it and go pick it up it is 2 CS credits and 2 drinks with 2 desserts. (a much better value)

You can split the pizza no matter how many in your room.

That is what I thought originally, but I got confused where it stated that 2 TS credits would be deducted from every person in our party. To me, that mean 6 credits as we had 3 people with us.

What resort were you at? From your signature it appears it may have been a deluxe resort.

If you were at a moderate or value resort it is 2 Adult TS credits per pizza for delivery.

If you were at a deluxe resort with room service, having a pizza delivered is part of in-room dining. A pizza ordered through in-room dining is considered a meal for two. Therefore they will deduct 4 TS credits for the pizza.

Has this changed recently? We have stayed at Deluxes and ordered pizza multiple times and it has only ever been 2 TS credits for our room.

EDIT: It did take 2 a piece ... but we also got appetizers since we were on the dxdp that year.. sorry to confuse eveyone!

Wow. That has got to be the worst possible way to use TS credits.

"Honey, we have 4 TS credits left, steaks at the Yachtsman or a pizza?"
"Well a pizza of course!"
