Pizza delivery

Just wondering where we order pizza from to the All Stars? DH saw a photo with Mickey & friends on the box, is it a Disney run pizza delivery or was it a large 'to go' from the food court? Any ideas?

You can call any pizza company off property and they will deliver to your room.

You may want to try Giordanos Chicago deep dish. Located on Hwy 192 by the Disney exit. Great pizza and I believe they deliver to disney Resorts and Hotels. Enjoy your vacation!

We love Flippers so it's good to know they deliver onsite - good for those lazy late night craving after a long day of fun and walking!!

DH and I got a pizza with Mickey & Friends on the box to-go at the Mara at Animal Kingdom Lodge. The bigger pizzas weren't on the menu, but DH saw another guest with one and asked if he could have one as well. Thinking they were less than $15 maybe. This was October '08, so it could have changed since then. For what it's worth, we really liked the pizza!

You can do either - order delivery to your room, or pick up a large pizza in the food court. I do not know which option gives you a Mickey pizza box.

If they deliver, I would recommend this option. In Chicago a month ago, I stopped and got a deep dish there and I really loved it.

As someone mentioned, you can either get the pizza delivered to your room from the food court or go and get it yourself there. I do know that a Disney delivery pizza is 2 TS credits if you are on the dining plan.

From the remarks I've seen here, you'd be much happier with a pizza delivered from off-site. There seem to be several with very good pizza at fairly reasonable prices. WDW pizza...not so much. Also many have advised against ordering from those places that slip a flyer under your resort room door.:earboy:

I have to say that as far as quality goes, I've found the Disney pizza that I have tried to be pretty decent. I've had it from AS-S, POP and Pizza Planet. I was impressed because I figured it would be like the quality of their french fries, which are not-so-great.

We had pizza delivered along with another room and had a blast with our pizza party night. It was hot, good food and delivered promptly. We had a RAINY afternoon at AK and it was just a great night to hang in the hotel room and relax.
