hi everyone. i'm writing to let you all know that i'm stepping down from this swap. i'm sorry...i just don't think i can go thru with it. i've already spoken/pm'ed Buffy regarding this, and she knows. so sorry! it would've been fun, but knowing the things that are in my life that i need to deal w/at this moment, i think dropping out of this swap is the best for me. thanx! i know you all would have a great time sorting thru & picking things out of the box!!

I think laundry is the one part of my housework I'm actually on top of! Scott barely has any socks for some reason so I need to keep on top or he runs out!! Just don't ask when I last cleaned the bathroom...

Looking forward to seeing the box but it's gonna be a loooong time before it gets over here!! Knowing my luck it will arrive when we're in WDW, how typical would that be!?!? I've suggested a pizza box swap to my little scrapping group and they think it sounds great so hopefully that will keep me going for now.

Hey guys sorry I'm a little late but the boxes are ready to go. I was waiting on 1 more thing to add.

I am mailing them in flat rate priority boxes. The paper weighs a ton so shipping flat rate will keep the cost down. The postage cost $8.10 each and the boxes are free. If we need a new box just make sure you get the flat rate. The boxes are extremely full too so re-packing can be an adventure.

If you need to step out of the swap please tell me right away so I can let the people ahead and behind you know! Also if you could send me a PM when the stuff arrives and when you mail it that would be great. Remember you can keep the box up to 2 weeks but if you are ready when it arrives we all get to look at the goodies quicker!

P.S. I passed on the homework assignment because the kids took it and hid it from me! LOL Sorry ladies no Chippendales this time around!

Actually it was a figurine of Chip and Dale from McDonalds but yes you were supposed to take pics of them. If I find them I will send them to Nancy.


We have a small problem though. DS10 had a dentist appointment today and it ended up costing $100.00 so I have no money for postage. Apparently they have opted to not take our insurance anymore.
Would you be willing to wait until payday for me to send the stuff. It would be the 31st. If not I'm sure I can rob the chicken to mail at least 1 box.

no prob. btw I was looking through the Stampin' Up sight and they had an x marks the spot stamp that would go well with the parchment die cut.
That reminds me I really need to get Nancy my punches list.

WOW - its going to be a challenge to repack this thing!! it is CHock-full of wonderful stuff!! I plan on having it back out by early next week at the latest. (i am planning on picking up a Cricut this weekend) so maybe some of the samples i play with will end up in the box.

IT was so fun seeing all the items!!

Whew!! I wonder if I'll have to leave my postman a drink after delivering that!! Good thing we are getting our taxes done this weekend!

I have a question for you gals. Where does all of your "extra" paper come from? I pretty much only buy the paper I need for a specific project/page. I rarely buy random paper.

Is this paper all full sheets/partials or what? I get the embellishment box but not this one.

Wow, you're disciplined. Paper is my #1 weakness. It seems I can't walk into a scrapbook store without buying a sheet or two or forty. Sometimes it's for a specific project but more often it's just because I like it and/or I might use it "someday." Someday doesn't always come, so I'll have a lot of paper to put into the box when it comes my way. And then tastes change and paper I loved a year ago now seems not my style anymore. Many reasons. I could scrap for at least 3 years with all the paper I have in my house right now but I can't seem to stop buying it!
