When we tried to renew in January in the park, there was an issue. Long story short- we gave up and went home. Called and got a CM to help over the phone. We were out of our “window” by then but she had notes to we we tried while there. She gave us some pixie dust and got them renewed. We paid a renewal price. But now when I go on MDE, it says DVC annual pass- NOT renewal. It also has a reassign button next to all of them. Did we get pixie dust and these are new passes? My assumption is you can’t reassign a renewal right? Can’t really go by expire date because they haven’t been activated yet.
