......I'm off into hospital early Wednesday morning for a wee operation.
Now while it's nothing too serious, I'm still having a General Anaesthetic and I'll be in a couple of days and I can't believe after being a nurse for 17 years, I'm still quite nervous about it!! Suppose it's different when you're in the bed rather than making it!!!!!! LOL!!!

Good luck - I'm sure you'll be fine. As you will know, modern anaesthesia is pretty safe these days, though if you have a tendancy to become nauseated, get them to give a anti-emetic just in case.

I think there's a lot to be said for '...a little bit of knowledge....'

I know I'm the worst patient possible , and most definitely THAT 'relative from hell' when DH is in hospital........
