Pixie Dust Needed!!

I was getting my docs together for our 3nt Free DVC cruise and just realized I forgot to mail in the voucher!!

It states it must be received 45 days prior to sailing or the offering will be void and our cruise will be cancelled. I'm kicking myself right now!!!

I'm going to Fed Ex it overnight tomorrow and call Customer Service.
They assigned us a room and we are all checked in online, so I hope and pray they won't cancel us now! Having us on the boat spending money is better than an empty room, right?

Please send pixie dust my way that it all works out! We leave Sat for 5 days at WDW prior to the cruise... I can't believe I didn't have this on my checklist and forgot!

Hope it works out - I really dislike programs and offers that require you to send in a form or coupon or whatever by a certain date. I know that they do it because a certain amount of people will forget and that works to their advantage. Hope they work it out with you. Let us know the end result.

I wouldnt worry about it

I just got back from our 4 night free cruise 10/10/10 and I didnt mail our voucher in either. AT ALL!
We ended up booking 6 additional cabins for family (thru TA) on that sailing so I was sooo busy I forgot all about the voucher.

No one asked for it.

Enjoy your free cruise!! Ours was fabulous!! We upgraded to a Cat 4 for $700 and enjoyed the verandah sooo much!

I was very impressed that the gratuity was included for all 5 of us in the free cabin!!

Thanks for all the Pixie Dust!

I called DCL the next morning and spoke with, of course, a really nice guy who called Guest Services and verified that all was fine. He said to overnight it but not to worry about having any issues and to enjoy my cruise.

What a relief! Nothing like a panic attack at 10:30pm when Disney is closed!

We leave tomorrow am and then will be enjoying WDW for the first time and on to our cruise!

bobbiwoz- yes, that's the cruise, we are in the same chat group, hopefully I'll see you at the Promenade Lounge at 3pm on Thurs!!!
