In the future (if she can bring herself to get in a cab) its best to sit in the back. I always carry my keys - saves rummaging and they make for good self-defense. A rolled-up newspaper is also very useful, a policeman told me once, but I can see she might not be carrying one after a party! Also to take a photo of the numberplate on her phone before she gets in - it can be enough to make the b*****d think twice.

Believe it or not there are laws about taking photo’s without consent stupid a no,a run self defense classes this sounds stupid but we tell young girls if they have to get in a car by them self’s taxi or friend car when you get picked up phone someone and tell them who has picked you up and how long it’s going to take

It was fastline in stallings lane one of the main one by us aren't they? He pulled into a layby by the harvester and assaulted her there. I am not making a secret of the taxi firm i too am warning as many people i can with kids the same age, i think they have a right to know.

Wow that is scary - we have a special needs daughter who gets picked up for school every morning by a fastline taxi. I hope the police are taking this serious and dealing with the sicko involved.
