My brother who is 29 y.o. had to go to emergency today because there was extreme pain in his legs, he could barely walk it hurt so bad.
He had an emergency MRI and his spinal column is inflammed-the neurologist is thinking it could be one of two things--a virus which is causing the inflammation or possibly a tumor on the base of his spine. We are so hoping it is just a virus, he will find out at the beginning of the week.
He had an MRI less than a month ago because of pain in his back and he has lesions on his spine which is causing little pieces of bone to splinter and go into surrounding tissue causing extreme pain but they can't do anything with it--too dangerous to operate.
I feel so bad he was born with a club foot had it operated on and was in splints and casts for a year. Then he had meningitis and mononucleosus(sp?) at the same time when he was about 5 and spent a long time in intensive care---
I just feel so bad for him...he's my baby brother...... please send pixie dust and prayer his way.....
