Show John spoke about on this weeks podcast will re-air Monday July 5th at 10 AM and again at 8PM on CNBC.:thumbsup2

Cool- this is a great watch for anyone who hasn't seen it. I rented it from Netflix last year and found it really interesting :thumbsup2

for those of you who use netflix, there used to be a 30 minute follow up taking you through the most recent movies. (walle and ratatouille)

it is called Starz Inside: The Pixar Story Continues if you can find it, it is worth the watch as well.

Thank you for that! I didn't know that existed! Off to Netflix!

The Pixar Story can be found on the Wall-e Blu-ray on disc 2 under Humans. It is 1hr 28mins. It also looks (I did a google search) like it is included on the Special Edition DVD as well.

Just a reminder - this program re-airs tonight at 8:00 p.m. EDT on CNBC. We are going to try to catch it.

I just found out this was on. I wish I had known it was on. We have netflix but it is only allowing me to save it. UGH!! I hope we can catch the whole thing next time it is on.

I loved it! It was so interesting. I will look up the extension on netflix.

Awesome documentary. Don't know if any of you caught this, but this show was directed/created by Leslie Iwerks, who is I believe, the granddaughter of Ub Iwerks, the original animator of Mickey Mouse. Pretty cool trivia tidbit.
As for the show, it is always nice to learn the history of great creative powerhouses like Pixar. Last night my family watched two Biography Channel episodes about Star Wars and George Lucas. They even mentioned Pixar in the episodes. Very cool.
