Sorry I can't recall where I read the information about the continued partnership between Pixar and Disney. What I do recall is that the terms are now more favorable for Pixar than in the past. Disney realized they couldn't hog all the profits like they have been. That was what the bone of contention had been. Pixar had started to shop around for another distributor because they knew they had a winning product and deserved more money. Also, Eisner knew it was essential for him to try and retain Pixar, considering all the problems Disney has been having as a company, especially with ABC dragging things down. The deal went through shortly before "Finding Nemo" went to video/DVD. The pressure was then on for Disney to make "Finding Nemo" the biggest seller ever. Lo and behold it's looking that way.
