My young grandson, who is just under 3 is very much in to pirates at the moment & I was wondering if there are any special "Piratey" things going on for kids at DLRP? I know that in America they have a few special tea parties and things but I wondered if anything like this happened in Paris/

No not as such I am afraid - there is the Pirates of the Caribbean ride of course which sits in Adventureland is is well themed for Pirates.

There is Skull Rock and tunnels to explore and there is also Captain Hooks Pirate ship and playpark (the ship is more theming - not a ride)

You also have a lot of pirate merchandise

Jack Sparrow also appears now and again

We are just back from DLRP and our 3 year old son LOVED the Pirates of the Carribean ride. He would happily have stayed on it all day. I was not sure how he would take it as it is quite a dark ride with some very realistic "pirates" throughout but we have been home for 4 days now and it is all he talks about. The adjoining shop sells lots of super pirate things including various hats, swords and clothes that will delight all little pirates!pirate:

i was looking at the WDW pirate parties the other day, would be very nice if DLP had some events like this.

You get loads of children dressed as pirates round the park.
