Pirates Restaurant in MK

I am wondering about the counter service restaurant that is over near Pirates of the Carribean...it is only opened seasonally. Will it be open in later March? It has not been open the last two times I was there, but this trip will be nearer to Easter. When does that restaurant open ???

We were there in april and it was not open in the middle of the afternoon.
