Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage

Is this only offered on nights Wishes/fireworks are scheduled regular park hours or can you do this cruise when MK closes early for Halloween/Christmas parties and their fireworks?

We had great weather on our trip but if I remember correctly, we wore sweaters and jeans and took advantage of the bench blanket and we were quite comfy.
